Our Founder & CEO, Deepali Vyas, has over 20 years of experience in executive recruiting, having reviewed more than 100,000 resumes and placed thousands of executives in Fortune 500 companies.
Through collaboration with industry experts, we’ve consolidated these years of assessment and coaching of global leaders into our proprietary framework with the goal of helping young people succeed in their personal and professional lives.

Deepali Vyas
Founder & CEO of Fearless+
Deepali Vyas is a serial entrepreneur, advisory board member, career strategist, and executive search consultant with a recognized eye for spotting talent, rising trends and breakout business models. She has advised companies like JP Morgan, Uber, Fidelity, Citadel, Wayfair and the NFL to name a few.
With 20 years of diverse experience, including Global Head of FinTech, Payments, Crypto and Applied Intelligence at Korn Ferry, Deepali has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in today’s workforce. Throughout her career, Deepali has conducted over 40,000 executive interviews and has worked with top Fortune 500 C-suite executives in the boardroom, focusing on next generation talent search, strategies, assessment, and leadership development.
She is also a well published thought leader on topics such as digital assets, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, innovation, digital transformation, and talent in data and analytics. Deepali frequently contributes to media outlets including Bloomberg, FundFire, CNBC, Business Insider and Forbes. Deepali has been featured as Business Insiders’ “Top 10 Global Headhunters in FinTech.” Deepali is deeply passionate about diversity and inclusion, partnering with startups like Correlation One on diversity initiatives that offer data science training to the Black and LatinX communities. She has been an advocate for women in STEM careers, sponsoring the annual Women’s Summit in Data Science (DS4A).
She serves on the advisory boards of Correlation One, TalentStat, NovusNorth, Gray Zones and Rutgers University Big Data Program. She is a certified executive coach from Columbia University’s Coaching Learning Association. Deepali graduated with honors from University of Colorado and completed the International Financial Management Program at the London School of Economics. Deepali lives in New York with her husband and son.

Mike Grushin
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer of Fearless+
Mike Grushin is a Full Stack Executive and Serial Entrepreneur. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing, building and activating business technology solutions for leading brands in sports, media and entertainment. Among the enterprise level engagements Mike oversaw all NFL, USGA, NASCAR and PGA TOUR work from a technical leadership perspective. Mike also held the corporate roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Within this role, he worked closely across all business units ensuring project and process efficiencies, increased profitability margins, and ultimately delivered successful projects on time and on budget.
Mike has extensive experience around Content Management and specifically Learning Content Management, spending his first 9 professional years at company where he rose through the ranks from Junior Developer to various high level positions including Director of Research & Development, Director of Product Development and Director of Technical Services.
A graduate of Stony Brook University with an Information Systems degree, Mike lives in Florida with his wife and three sons.
